They are employed full time in vegetation management (they trim trees for utility companies). They love their new career and are positive contributors to their team.
The men have located suitable housing near their job, which allows them to make it back and forth to work each day. While they earn enough to make their monthly rent, they need assistance with the deposit, furnishings, and other necessities to live independently.
